       1.Cooling Performance

       2.Temperature limits
Not higher than 55 ℃, not lower than 20 ℃. Typically, the ambient wet bulb temperature exceeds 42 ℃ area water-cooled condenser is not recommended . So whether optional water cooled condenser, first to confirm ambient wet bulb temperature.
The general design of water-cooled ice machines , you must require customers to provide local annual maximum ambient wet bulb temperature. At the same time when the ambient temperature is above 50 ℃ , nor can water-cooled condensers , cooling towers easily be broken high temperature drying . Cooling tower must be used in the case under shade protection .
      

       3.Works Theory
High temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas from the inlet of the condenser at the top of the shell into the condenser , the cooling water pump of the cooling water withdrawn from the storage tank of the cooling tower through the bottom inlet of the condenser into the right side of the condenser the inner tube , a copper tube with a condenser by heat exchange with the refrigerant , the temperature rise from the upper right side of the condenser outlet out , after the outlet pipe into the intake pipe of the cooling tower , then the sprinkler pipe outlet , sprinkled evenly on the packing , the water suction by the fan heat exchange filler , reducing the water temperature , the cooling water is stored in the storage tank , to be reused.
High pressure refrigerant gas in the condenser shell , heat exchange with the cooling water flowing in the tube , the temperature decreases , condensed to a liquid . First heat and cooling water heat exchange unit ( condensed in the heat transfer occurs ) , water and then subjected to heat exchange with the air ( cooling tower heat exchange occurs ) .
        4.Advantages and disvantages of water-cooled condenser
