    After the refrigeration system normal working, the water in the bottom water bin take form the outlet transpored to the inlet of the upper water bin by the chilling pump,and then through the water segregator as a screw flow way along the inner wall of the recuperator tube flowing downward with the refrigerant on the surface of recuperator tube doing heat exchange,then the temperature is reduced, parts of water will be formed ice tube in the inner recuperator tube, the water that don't formed ice after fall of temperature will be flowing into the bottom water bin, the water circulating again and again, so the cold energy will loss just a little.

    After a certain time, the water stops circulated,the refrigeration system change into ice dropping model,ice cutting structrue running, the refrigeration on surface of the trcuperator tube will be turned into high pressure refrigerant gas,the heat gas exchange heat with the ice tube in the ice maker and make the ice tube melt little ,then the ice tube without the gravity, slide down into the ice cutting structure,and cut ice tube to small tubes.

       1.Cooling Performance
Determined by the ambient wet bulb temperature, ambient wet bulb temperature is higher , the higher the condensation temperature . In general, water-cooled condenser, condensing temperature higher than the ambient wet bulb temperature of about 5 ~ 7 ℃.
       2.Temperature limits
Not higher than 55 ℃, not lower than 20 ℃. Typically, the ambient wet bulb temperature exceeds 42 ℃ area water-cooled condenser is not recommended . So whether optional water cooled condenser, first to confirm ambient wet bulb temperature.
The general design of water-cooled ice machines , you must require customers to provide local annual maximum ambient wet bulb temperature.        3.Works Theory
High temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas from the inlet of the condenser at the top of the shell into the condenser , the cooling water pump of the cooling water withdrawn from the storage tank of the cooling tower through the bottom inlet of the condenser into the right side of the condenser the inner tube , a copper tube with a condenser by heat exchange with the refrigerant , the temperature rise from the upper right side of the condenser outlet out , after the outlet pipe into the intake pipe of the cooling tower , then the sprinkler pipe outlet , sprinkled evenly on the packing , the water suction by the fan heat exchange filler , reducing the water temperature , the cooling water is stored in the storage tank , to be reused.
High pressure refrigerant gas in the condenser shell , heat exchange with the cooling water flowing in the tube , the temperature decreases , condensed to a liquid . First heat and cooling water heat exchange unit ( condensed in the heat transfer occurs ) , water and then subjected to heat exchange with the air ( cooling tower heat exchange occurs ) .
        4.Advantages and disvantages of water-cooled condenser

Distinguish whether of not Fail of Ice Machine Based on Lights Shinning Conditions

        When your cube ice machine dosen't work ,and it isn't common problems that you can't find. Then you should see lights shinning condition to distinguish .There are 7parts you analyse :

       1. Power indicator has been flashing rapidly machine does not work :
       Fault : temperature probe detection circuit .
       Maintenance: Open the rear cover , open the top of the compressor electrical control box cover , find a three -pin connector , see if there is detachment or bad phenomenon, the new patch either .
       2.3flashing lights cycle , the machine does not work:
       Fault : ice and off the ice machine is not normal .
       Maintenance : A, cut off the power , reboot, first check the fan , if the pump is working properly , if unusual first be ruled out, after checking whether the compressor has started work , no work should be checked as part of the compressor nearby , as has been started, determine the cooling system failure , press the corresponding repair methods.
B, refrigeration systems without failure , normal ice , it has not been without ice off ice , 90 minutes while the machine is not working as a protective shutdown. Need to use a multimeter to measure the temperature of the probe group ( in the water tank when the temperature is near 0 degrees , unplug the three- wire control box , and then measure the resistance of the two sides of the line ) , as resistance is above 27K, then controller bad judgment and should be appropriate with the change, such as the resistance below 27K disconnect the two lines need any one, by way of channeling resistor resistor is adjusted to between 27K to 28K.
      3, fast flashing lights over the ice :
     Failure : Indicates off the ice for longer than the prescribed time , the machine automatically protected
      Maintenance : A, the general case , you can reboot , such as recurrent skating version should check whether bobbing flexible movement .
B, if two-way solenoid valve is damaged, this phenomenon also occurs , the machine can be cooling, but the ice thickness reaches the set into the state off the ice when the pump stops working and the ice does not fall off , forced off the ice inspection, ( long press select the button for 3 seconds ) , such as the sound of the ice maker no airflow , two-way solenoid valve can be considered bad , you can check the solenoid valve power supply is normal . Replaceable coil test machine , the body itself can not be opened rarely .
     

     4 , the tank water, do not show water, ice loose impurities .
     Fault : This fault is that after several ice will leave impurities in the water tank or water rich in minerals , the water level probe fouling impact probe detection sensitivity.
     Maintenance: clean and drain the remaining water inside the tank , clean the surface of the probe .
     5, there is water in the tank , showing lack of water.
     Maintenance: control box should be checked two cores and three-core connectors are securely connected , reseat the general problem can be solved .
      6, water pipes , poor water , some ice cubes do not play a whole .
      Fault : sprinkler pipe blockage ;
      Maintenance: control of water in the state , tweezers or other sharp things to clean debris attaching the water hole on the sprinkler pipe . Each hole until the water is clear .
      7, the ice is not normal but difficult or dehydration dehydration ;
      Failure: two -way solenoid valve is not working or stuck ;
      Maintenance: After starting the ice machine , ice maker produces ice cubes on , press the select button for 3 seconds to enter the state forced off the ice , touch the solenoid valve , if not shock , then the solenoid valve power supply is not normal , check control boards and cables. Subject to vibration, can be repeated several times off the ice , catching solve part of the electromagnetic valve problems, such as the problem persists, the solenoid valve is damaged , replace the solenoid valve.
